Anti-Spam Policy

Rocket Alumni Solutions, Inc. prohibits the use of rocketalumnisolutions.com, its subdomains, or any Rocket-hosted link in unsolicited advertising email. This policy applies to Rocket employees, customers, contractors, vendors, partners, affiliates, resellers, and other third parties. Promotional or recurring marketing email may be sent only to recipients who requested it or provided verifiable consent. Purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or improperly shared email lists may not be used. Subscription addresses must be verified before recurring marketing begins.Rocket-hosted links may be included in messages specifically requested by the recipient and in legitimate service or transactional communications related to an existing customer relationship. Transactional messages may not be used as a pretext for unsolicited advertising. Marketing messages must accurately identify the sender, include a working unsubscribe method, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Suppressed recipients may not be added back without new consent. Rocket investigates reported violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, vendors, customers, or other parties that violate this policy.
