Chief of Staff

Role Overview

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to our CEO, streamlining operations and ensuring every department is aligned with our growth targets. You’ll lead company-wide initiatives, manage executive priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration—freeing the CEO to focus on vision and high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic planning, goal setting, and KPI tracking across all departments
• Streamline communication between Product, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales
• Manage special projects, including process optimization and expansion initiatives
• Lead reporting on company financials, budget planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate leadership meetings, compile dashboards, and prioritize critical action items
• Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement
• Support performance management, hiring, and staff development in collaboration with CEO

Requirements

• 2+ years in a cross-functional leadership, strategy, or operations role (startup preferred)
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and aligning diverse stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology, innovation, and community-building
