The story
Genoa-Kingston High School, Genoa, Illinois · Led by Philip Jerbi, Athletic Director
The problem they had
Genoa-Kingston has fewer than 500 high school students, so every athletic project competes for a small budget. Philip wanted the school's recognition display to pay for itself instead of adding to it.
Why they chose Rocket
Rocket puts sponsors on the same touchscreen as the school's records, championships and history, where fans already stop and look. That made the screen easy to sell alongside the video boards, banners and spirit wear the department already offered.
How we helped
Our team set up the touchscreen with Philip, created custom imagery and built sponsor profiles that link to each business's website. Rocket became the centerpiece of a department-wide sponsorship strategy, sold as 5 tiers spanning the touchscreen, digital video boards, spirit wear and live events.
Results we achieved
$45K–$50K a year in sponsorship revenue. It covers the cost of Rocket and helps fund other athletic department projects, and businesses get repeated visibility across the touchscreen, video boards, banners, spirit wear and announcements.
